No. We sell catering equipment and refrigeration only — we do not offer rentals.
Yes. All products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty (1–2 years depending on brand). We also supply spare parts, with availability for up to 5 years even after a product has been discontinued.
Yes. We provide professional installation at an additional charge, depending on the scope of work

Yes. While The Cater-Ring is a COD (cash on delivery) company, we offer:

- Financing through trusted external finance partners
Yes. Discounts are available for bulk or project orders. Our consultants will advise based on your requirements.
Yes, we deliver catering equipment throughout South Africa and into neighbouring SADC countries.
- Ex-stock items: 2–5 working days
- Manufactured or special-order items: Lead times are confirmed upon order
Yes, although any damages caused by a customer’s chosen courier remain the customer’s responsibility.
Yes, we prioritise urgent requests and can arrange fast turnarounds for critical breakdown replacements.
Goods may be returned within 7 days at the customer’s account. A 25% handling fee applies on items in original packaging and resalable condition. Refunds are processed within 48 hours.
All products carry a 1–2 year manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the brand.
If damage occurs during our delivery, we will replace the unit once proof of damage is provided.
