Standard Terms & Conditions
- PAYMENT:
- a) The Customer shall make payment to The Cater Ring for all goods purchased upon placing the order, prior to dispatch.
- b) All payments shall be made by electronic transfer into an account designated by The Cater Ring.
- c) All payments due by the Customer shall be made without demand or deduction for any reason whatsoever.
- ORDERS:
All orders placed with The Cater Ring by the Customer for all goods shall be done in writing, ie. e-mail, or online via the website. (Online Store)
Any other method of ordering shall be deemed to be invalid.
WARRANTY:
The Cater Ring hereby warrants that the products are free from defects and in good order as defined by The Cater Ring.
Warranty will be provided as per the manufacturer’s specification on selected products.
Returns, Exchanges & Credits (Online Purchases)
1. Returns are accepted only within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery and only for sizing issues relating to online purchases.
2. All return requests must be submitted in writing within the 7-day return window. Requests received after this period will not be considered.
3. All return shipping costs are strictly for the customer’s account. Chef Link will not arrange or cover return logistics.
4. Returned items will be subject to inspection and assessment before any credit or refund is considered.
5. All approved returns or refunds are subject to a mandatory handling and restocking fee of 30%, which will be deducted from the value of the goods.
6. Refunds, where approved, will be processed after inspection and may take up to 14 business days.
7. Goods will not be accepted for return if: They are not in original packaging; They show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration; They are not in a resellable condition; Labels, tags, or protective packaging are missing.
8. Chef Link’s decision regarding the condition, eligibility, and refund amount of returned goods is final and binding.
